Booking Conditions
All cruises are sold on the following terms & conditions.

Deposit
Booking Form with a 25% non-refundable deposit required to confirm your reservation.

Final Payment
Final Payment is required 90days before departure. Non payment will result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellations
In the event of Cambria Charters receiving written cancellation notice 60 days prior to the sailing date, no cancellation charges will apply. However should notice of cancellation be received less than 60 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee will apply.

Liability Conditions
Cambria Charters invite you to share the adventure and experience. All due care is taken however charterers must accept ultimate responsibility for any damage to or loss of personal property or any illness, injury or death.
Cambria Charters will endeavour to deliver the planned programme however Cambria Charters does not accept
liability for losses, costs or expenses caused as a result of a delay in delivery of services. Cambria Charters will not accept any liability for breach of contract arising from or caused by, directly or indirectly, war, civil unrest, terrorist activities or natural disaster,acts of God, strikes,or other conditions beyond our control.

In the event that unforeseen circumstances, necessitates a deviation from the planned charter, the Captain of Cambria Charters will discuss such changes with the charterer and seek agreement however the Captain has the authority for the ultimate decision.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

What to Bring
Generally, clothing is casual and lightweight. We suggest several changes of shorts/t-shirts/collared and long-sleeved shirts (to avoid sunburn), windcheater, waterproof jacket, old reef walking shoes/neoprene slip-ons and sturdy comfortable walking shoes/boots, a hat and sunglasses.
Kimberley evenings in July/August can be cold – suggest some warm clothing.

NB Heavy and hard suitcases are not permitted on board. The remoteness of the charters may require bags to be transferred in difficult circumstances and it is not practicable to handle hard or heavy baggage. Soft bags are easier to handle and stow.

Communications
Newspapers, general communications, cable TV etc. services are available however due to the remoteness of the Kimberley we cannot guarantee reception at all times.

Valuables
A safety deposit box is available onboard.

Bar Facilities
A wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available onboard including an impressive selection of wines.

Medical
At the time of booking please inform Cambria Charters in writing of any physical and/or medical condition which may affect your fitness to travel. Whilst a comprehensive medical kit is on board Cambria Charters cannot guarantee provision for specific, personal medications. Charterers should ensure provision for these together with the appropriate paperwork.
The charterer acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall have no responsibility or obligation to provide any special services or medical equipment to charterers.

Housekeeping
This is of the utmost importance on board Cambria Charters.
We supply all linen, bath and hand towels, toiletries, insect repellants, suntan lotion,etc.
Should you have any special requirements please advise us on your booking form

Fishing Gear
A comprehensive selection of rods, reels and hand-lines etc. are available for use.
Keen anglers are welcome to bring their own gear.
